She’s got a Ticket to Ride…
A director of five companies which sold tickets for music festivals and concerts, then failed to supply the tickets to customers or to pay any refunds, has been banned from acting as a director for 13 years.
He had tried to blame the scam on his girlfriend, a co-director–who was subsequently found to have stolen another person’s identity.
The disqualification, which runs from 15 May 2013 to May 2026, follows an investigation by the Insolvency Service.
James Edward & Associates are seeing more prosecutions by the Department of Business Innovations and Skills. If you have received a letter from BIS or the Insolvency Service contact James Edward in complete confidence.
