Testimonials
What our clients had to say
"I have no hesitation in recommending James Edward at James Edward & Associates. I was a Joint Liquidator of a nightclub business and James and his team recovered over a million pounds in damages following a successful application under Section 423 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Would I use him again? Yes definitely".
Ian Robert
"We instructed James Edward & Associates in relation to a breach of contract claim involving a cross border dispute in relation to the importation of aircraft components. Even though we are based in Central America we were able to communicate with James Edward & Associates who understood our needs and recommended a strategy which resulted in a settlement we were very pleased with. I have no hesitation in recommending James Edward & Associates".
Helverth Rodríguez
"James is a superb lawyer who delivers consistently good results without the need for prompting. I would not hesitate in recommending his legal services".
Adrian Dante
"I had been fighting our opponents in the Spanish Courts for many years to secure what was rightfully mine. I turned to James Edward & Associates during this difficult period and was delighted with the service I received. Working together with my Spanish lawyers I was able to recover a huge portion of my Spanish judgment against my debtors based in England. They were mindful of the pressure I had been under for all those years but were accommodating and kept me well informed throughout my case. I would have no hesitation in recommending James Edward & Associates".
Sharon Knight
"James is a detail-oriented partner who never loses sight of the strategic objective. Work has always been excellent and at a reasonable cost".
Lloyd Lyesam
"I have worked with James on several insolvency cases and for several IP’s over a period in excess of 10 years and have always found him to be thorough and efficient. He is always a pleasure to work alongside and is an all-round good chap".
